Managing Director

Lee brings a wealth of life experience and a deep commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of young people. Starting his career in the armed forces joining the army, Lee gained valuable skills and confidence as a people manager during his service. Following his time in the military, Lee pursued further education in counselling and safeguarding, setting the stage for his journey of supporting vulnerable adults and children. 

With over a decade of experience in this field, Lee has demonstrated a passion for making a difference and empowering those he works with. He has successfully transitioned many students back into education and facilitated pathways to employment, embodying his dedication to their long-term success. Outside of his professional endeavours, Lee remains a dedicated family man with a gentle nature, and he enjoys staying active through his love of running and fitness training.

Kerri-Ann Burton
Operations Director

Kerri-Ann brings over 25 years of experience to our team, with a diverse background rooted in education and child welfare. 

Her journey began at the Royal Ballet, where she honed her skills as a qualified dance teacher. 

Transitioning into the realm of child protection within the local authority, Kerri-Ann's dedication to supporting young people flourished. With a gentle, child-led approach, she has mentored and tutored countless individuals, fostering their growth and development. 

Beyond her professional pursuits, Kerri-Ann finds joy in staying active, particularly through her passion for the gym. Her commitment to education and empowering children makes her a valued leader.
